From check in to check out all the staff and MDs at ENT Ozarks were friendly and warm. Dr. Johnson was friendly, approachable, and informative. I have had similar medical service at another ENT clinic in the area and there is no comparison- ENT Ozarks was excellent!
Dr. Manning reconstructed my lip where I had lip cancer cut out. After I woke up after surgery and looked into the mirror I was so grateful at the awesome job he did. I even had an old friend say I looked better now. But he did a great job his staff was awesome. One nurse went beyond her job and helped me to get a ride home.
Dr. Manning and his staff are excellent! Entire process was worry free from Check in Billing and post surgery. Can’t recommend him highly enough!
I felt very cared for at the Ear Nose and Throat Center of the Ozarks. Staff was welcoming and helpful and I left the clinic better informed. Overall a great experience and I look forward to receiving further care there in the future.
The Ear Nose and Throat Center comes highly recommend by me. When I was a patient, the staff at the ENT clinic was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable before being seen by the doctor. I was not only treated with utmost respect, but Dr. Manning was very attentive to the problem I was having. He made me feel very comfortable and was willing to answer any question I had. I never felt rushed while I was being seen by the doctor. Dr. Manning was very patient with me. I was also seen in a timely manner, which can be a problem at some clinics, although does not seem to be a problem at ENT Clinic. I would recommend the ENT Center of the Ozarks to all my friends and family. I was treated with the best care possible and any ENT issues I have in the future I will go to this clinic.
I have been a patient at ENT Center of the Ozarks for a while now for my seasonal allergies. The testing process was easy and they addressed every concern I had. After learning I am allergic to almost everything, they quickly customized a plan for me and let me know my treatment options. Ever since, I have seen so much improvement in my allergy symptoms and quality of life. My experience has been so great that I even brought my 4-year-old son in for nose bleeds and allergy testing. The staff and doctors were so amazing with him. He was comfortable and they calmed every worry he could have, which if you know a four-year-old, they have questions/worries about everything. I overall give this office 5 golden stars. Thank you for all that you have done for me and my family.
My experience at the Ear Nose and Throat Center was nothing short of amazing. They were kind and courteous to my child’s need and took the time to explain every part of his medical treatment. From the kind front desk staff to the informative medical staff and doctors, our office visit and surgery scheduling was non-stressful. We were prepared for our son’s tonsillectomy and everything went smoothly. I cannot thank the ENT Center enough for their excellent medical care!
I have been a long-time patient at the Ear, Nose and Throat Center of the Ozarks and have had a great experience with the staff and doctors. They are very personable and give great care for their patients. Dr. Manning is very informative and answered all my questions with great knowledge and compassion. I appreciate the staff and their strive to get you in as quickly as they can. I would recommend the ENT Center to my family and anyone looking for excellent care and a great service experience.
Great Doctors / Great Staff. Our experience at the ENT Center of the Ozarks was truly amazing. We had to take our son in for an evaluation of his adenoids, when we arrived we were greeted with smiles from the front and caring physicians and nurses in the back. After the evaluation, we ended up having tonsils and adenoids removed. We were called promptly with payment amounts, time of arrival, and was given the opportunity to ask any questions or concerns that we had for our child. Surgery went wonderful, and postop questions and concerns were answered upon calling the office. We were very lucky and fortunate to have such great doctors and staff to work with our son! I would give the ENT Center of the of Ozarks 5 stars and recommend them to all of my friends and family.
Both my two-year old daughter and I have been patients at the Ear, Nose, & Throat Center. I see Dr. Manning and Dr. Spencer for different reasons, and my daughter sees Dr. Johnson. My experience with all three of them has exceeded my expectations. They are a team of such attentive and efficient doctors; each one has proven to me that they are doctors who are in this field of practice for their patients, and to help people. These doctors and their team are kind and respectful and answer every question I have, which makes for a comforting experience. Dr. Johnson has performed two surgeries on my daughter, and she is now thriving and cured. Though I have not needed surgery myself, the results I have gotten from Dr. Manning and Dr. Spencer have always been thorough and resolving. From the first time we walked through the door, to the last time we have been seen, I feel as though my daughter and I have been very well taken care of. I highly recommend any provider at this office, as my experience here each time is met with professional staff, experienced medical personnel, and a feeling of confidence in the decisions that have been made.
